What determines my quote?
Hours of coverage, whether the ceremony is included, your venue and location, guest count, the date, and any enhancements like the photobooth or 360 experience. Weekend dates in peak months tend to book earliest.
Is there a travel fee?
Local Southeast Texas events are my home turf and are quoted without travel. Houston-area events are welcome. Travel fees apply, and for longer days or late nights, lodging is added to the quote. Everything is stated up front on your quote, so there are no surprises later.
Do you do drone or video work at events?
Drone footage and event videography are available at your event for the cost of travel and lodging. Ask when you request your quote.
What does the deposit look like?
A signed agreement and a $250 non-refundable deposit reserve your date. The deposit applies toward your total.
When is the balance due?
The remaining balance is due four weeks before your event.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. See payment plans. Pay your balance in full up front and mention the Pay In Full discount when you request your quote.
What if the party wants to keep going?
Extra hours can be added the night of your event at $200 per hour.
