You fill out a planning questionnaire. I build a minute-by-minute run sheet around your timeline, your songs, and your people, then confirm it with you and your coordinator before the week of.
Ceremony & cocktail hour
Guest-seating music, processional, unity moment, recessional, with a mic for your officiant. Then the right background energy for cocktails while photos happen.
The reception
Grand entrance, table release, blessing, toasts, cake, first dance, parent dances, anniversary dance, bouquet, shoe game, last dance, sparkler exit. Announced cleanly, cued on time.

Do you MC the reception?
Yes. Every wedding package includes professional MC services: grand entrance, blessing, toasts, cake cutting, parent dances, bouquet, last dance, and your exit. I coordinate with your coordinator, photographer, and venue so each moment happens on cue.
Can we give you must-play and do-not-play lists?
Absolutely, and I want them. Your planning questionnaire collects both, plus whether guest requests are welcome. If you say no Taylor Swift, there will be no Taylor Swift.
Do you handle ceremony audio too?
Yes. If your ceremony is in a different spot than the reception, I bring a dedicated ceremony system with an officiant mic and handle your processional and recessional music.

When does the clock start?
Setup and teardown are never billed. Your time starts when your ceremony or event starts. I arrive well before to load in and sound check.
