Oakley Manor hosted one of the bigger weddings on my calendar, a 230-guest celebration with a seven-walk family processional, live piano and violin for the ceremony, and a reception program that ran from a wedding-party grand entrance to a private last dance.

Large guest counts need a well-run buffet release. I call tables from the mic so there's never a line down the wall.
The ceremony was almost entirely live musicians. I played the unity moment and handled every handoff, which is exactly the kind of coordination this venue's weddings tend to need.
With 230 people, the reception order matters. Toasts, special dances, cake, then open dancing, with the shoe game late so the important moments never get squeezed.
Line dances were on the must-play list, and a big Hardin County crowd delivers on them. Clean versions only was the rule, and it was followed.
