What to know before your date.
Ceremony is outdoors with the reception indoors, so plan on a dedicated ceremony sound setup and a quick flip to cocktail-hour music inside.
A couple-only grand entrance that runs straight into the first dance works beautifully in this room and keeps the energy high from the first minute of the reception.
Coordinator-led timelines are the norm here. I build the run sheet around the coordinator's schedule and cue special dances on their signal.
Sparkler send-offs are popular at The Acres. Your exit song gets cued as guests line up so the moment lands with the music.
